Dual layer Vinyl: Our MC Wrap films have a white base layer on the lighter colours and a black base layer on the dark colours. This reduces transmission of the original paint colour through the film and serves as an additional barrier against paint defects and inconsistencies to ensure an ultra smooth surface appearance when compared to other brands.

Precision Manufacturing: We use premium grade PVC and high grade rollers to ensure a consistently smooth surface finish across the entire range. This eliminates the orange peel effect and ensures a premium high-quality finish.

• Application Made Simple: Featuring an air-release, dry application process, this vinyl wrap ensures bubble-free installation. Plastic liner films can be used alongside our Magic Tack Reducer Wipes for easier handling during installation and improved finished appearance.

• Removability: Easily removable with minimal adhesive residue when following recommended heat and removal techniques.

Technical Specifications:

• Application Temperature: Ideal between 20 °C and 25 °C, 18°C for our carbon fibre effect films.

• Storage: Store unopened rolls upright in their original packaging at 15 °C to 25 °C with 30%-70% relative humidity for up to two years.

• Maintenance: Hand wash only. Maintain using pH-balanced cleaning products, avoiding harsh chemicals and abrasive tools. 

• Weather Resistance: Performance varies by climate zone and exposure angle, with durability up to four years on vertical applications (Zone 1).

Delivery and Ordering:

• Delivery is 3-4 days from purchase when the order is placed before 5pm. We recommend ordering at least 5 days before the planned date of install to avoid disappointment from any unexpected delays with postage.

• Pre-Order Please allow up-to 3 weeks for delivery of pre-order films.

• The minimum order amount is 18 metres of any single colour, the maximum continuous roll size is 18 metres. Additional material is available as separate rolls. Please contact us if you require more than the available options and we can arrange this for you.

Important Recommendations:

• Ensure all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and dry before application.

• Handle matte and super matte finishes with care to prevent marking. Traces can be minimised with hot water or heat.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme weather conditions to preserve the film’s appearance and adhesive properties.

Important Notes:

• Slight colour variations between production lots may occur, although this is minimal thanks to strict quality controls and production standards. Only use rolls from the same lot for consistent results. Each roll is provided with a batch number decal which can be applied in an inconspicuous area to track batches for material replacements. 

• Keep application consistent by maintaining a single film direction for uniform appearance.
